Refund policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our custom photo magnets. These items are made to order and we cannot resell them, therefore we do not offer refunds. We do strive to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with their orders. If there is anything wrong with you order, please send us an email at homesweetmagnets@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the issue you have. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our custom photo magnets. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not except exchanges on any order. We do strive to make sure our customers are 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you are not pleased with the outcome, please email us at homesweetmagnets@gmail.com with order number, name, and the issue with your order. 

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any of our custom items. This includes all items that you upload a picture for us to complete the item.
